before buy at Cristals Beauty, be sure to check the hair type, inches, style, color and price. We do not refund the money after the purchase. After you have received your merchandise, and for any reason you wish to return it, the merchandise must meet the following requirements to be accepted: It must be in its original package and with its label without ant type of alterations. if the merchandise meets there requirements, we will make you a coupon with the value of the merchandise  you want to return so that you can choose again what you want to purchase at Cristals' Beauty. This is valid within the seven days in which you received the merchandise you want exchange , otherwise, after these seven days an exchange is not acceptable.
